Magraid is a stage race that includes overnight stay at the Base Camp set up in Località Parareit, in Cordenons (PN). For three days athletes and organizers live side by side to immerse themselves 100% in the natural environment that hosts the event. The moments of conviviality are therefore important for the success of the event and to create a positive atmosphere among the participants.
Moreover, nutrition is undoubtedly a fundamental aspect for runners and that is why the Base Camp’s kitchen will use products locally sourced (food and beverage) supplied by local companies that support Magraid: I Magredi di Tombacco, Acqua Pradis, Blanc. True Friulian milk, Friulfruct Sca., Grosmi coffee snc, Dorbolò Gubane snc, Azienda Agricola Bertoia, Mauracher s.s. Agricola, Snoopy Pub, Luigi Tomadini pasta factory, Gattel Franco Macellatore and Pronto Carni (Vittorio Cecchin & C.).
The registration fee for the 100 km includes, we remember, also the food, starting from dinner on Friday evening after the 1st stage of 20 kilometers.
Even the public, family members and friends of the competing athletes can eat at the Base Camp at Parareit in Cordenons, with a fixed price menu of € 10.00. We are waiting for you from 15 to 17 June!
