12 km long Foot Race

RACE RULES

The name of this race describes already its features. It is classified among the regional cross-country races and is open to all categories of male and female Amateurs/Masters and Absolute FIDAL members as well as to athletes in Friuli Venezia Giulia who are members of regional clubs promoting sports activities, subject to the agreement entered into with FIDAL (the Italian Athletics Federation).

Athletes who are not FIDAL members may register by enclosing the following documents:

1. authorization request form to participate in on-road races http://www.fidal.it
2. copy of a valid medical certificate for competitive fitness in athletics

Anything which is not expressly referred to in these Race Rules is subject to the FIDAL and GGG (Race Judges’ Group) statutory rules. Organizers shall not be held responsible for any occurrences to athletes before, during and after the Event.

Entries must include Athlete’s First Name, Surname, date of birth, resident address, telephone number and signature of the Society President.

ENTRIES MUST BE STRICTLY SUBMITTED WITHIN THE CLOSING DATE, THAT IS, THURSDAY 17 JUNE 2010.
After this date, no present shall be held as guaranteed.

The Organizing Society reserves the right to accept any entry submitted after the above mentioned closing date with an additional charge of € 2.00.

Fees:

1. entry fee: € 9.00 included a small present.
2. one-day authorization card to participate in on-road races: € 5.00

The entry fee is € 9.00 and includes a small present.

PROGRAMME

Start in Località Parareit di Cordenons (PN) at 9.30 a.m.

How to get there: driving from Pordenone, reach the Piazza della Vittoria in Cordenons and continue straight ahead in the direction of the Caserma “De Carli”.

PRIZEGIVING

Individual prizes: to the fastest10 male finishers and to the fastest 5 female finishers.

Society Prize: the first 3 Societies with at least 15 participants will be awarded.
