Introduction
Magraid.it values the privacy needs of its Users and the aim of this page is to provide a detailed and transparent description of the methods used for the processing of their personal data. This enables all Users to provide their free and informed consent to the data processing, fully understanding the safeguards provided by law and the continuous commitment of Magraid.it to their privacy protection. This policy complies with art. 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003 and applies to all services offered by Magraid.it through its web pages.

Privacy Policy

This policy also draws its inspiration from the Recommendation no. 2/2001, adopted on 17 May 2001 by the EU Advisory Body on Data Protection and Privacy, established by the Article 29 of Directive 95/46/EC , to identify certain minimum requirements for collecting personal data on-line.

The policy does not apply to the web sites not owned by Magraid.it and that could be accessed through the links found on our sites. Magraid.it does not have any control power on those sites and therefore it declines all liability related to the Users’ personal data processing carried out through those web sites.

This policy may be changed and updated to comply with the laws and any future technological developments. In that case, the availability of updated versions will be broadly advertised on all Magraid.it web sites.

  1. Owner and controller of data processing

Navigation on this web site can lead to the processing of some User’s personal data. “Processing” shall mean “any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data, whether or not by automatic means, such as collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure or destruction”. The “owner” of those data processing is Magraid.it, located in Viale della Libertà, 75 – 33170 Pordenone (PN).
The “controller” of processing is Antonio Iossa, for this purpose domiciliated at the operating offices of Magraid.it, located as stated before. He can be reached through e-mail at pn@triathlonteam.it

  1. Types of data processed and purpose of the processing
    Navigation Data
    Information systems and software procedures used to operate the sites owned by Magraid.it acquire, during the normal course of operation, some personal data on the User’s navigation. This information is only collected to gather anonymous statistical data on the use of the site and to control its correct functioning and are only used within the company. However, that information, by its very nature, could enable the identification of the User’s identity, through elaborations and associations with data owned by third parties.

Data optionally and freely provided by the User by filling in the form needed to access the services offered by Magraid.it will be collected by Magraid.it together with the User’s e-mail address. Such data could be used by Magraid.it for the only purpose of improving its services.

Such data won’t be disclosed nor communicated to third parties, nor used for “profilation” activities or directly or indirectly advertising or commercial purposes.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files installed by a web site in the User’s browser to record information on their navigation activities. If cookies are not disabled, such data are sent to the site that installed them each time the User visits it.
The sites owned by Magraid.it can automatically install cookies to facilitate navigation; however, it’s up to the User to decide if the cookies are to be installed, by checking the specific “memorizza la password” (Remember the password) checkbox.

  1. Scope and methods of data processing
    Personal data collected for the purposes stated before by Magraid.it are lawfully and fairly processed through automated tools. The server storing the data is physically located within the hosting company (provider/maintainer), where specific security measures are in place to avoid loss of data, illegal or improper use and unauthorized access. Data stored by Magraid.it are for internal use only and can only be processed by qualified staff of Magraid.it. Data will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties, except where required by law.
  2. Optional supply of data
    Without prejudice to the privacy statements set out in the paragraph above on navigation data, the User’s mandatory personal data are marked with an asterisk next to the form fields. Such mandatory data usually include full name and e-mail address of the individual, body or company sending the request. Any other personal data provided in the form to access the service is therefore optional and entirely up to the User.

Failure to provide the personal data does not entail any prejudicial consequence for the User, except that, if mandatory data are not provided, the required services will not be delivered.
